Two kinds of women

One famous Italian writer has written a book where she affirms that there are two kinds of women: “flower” women and “vegetable” women.

“Flower” women are pretty and pleasant to watch. Sometimes are really gorgeous. They are classy and elegant, maybe too much. But their beauty disappears easily, especially if you get in touch with them too much, just like real flowers. From the outside, these women seem beautiful, but when you get to know them more closely you can see they are empty.

On the contrary, “vegetable” women maybe are not so pretty. But they have a good flavor and thanks to them you can taste life. They resist and have always something to say and share. They don’t want to appear better than others, but simply grow and learn with them. They have always good things to share with friends, even when they grew older. An old “flower” woman, instead, is dry and insensitive, sad to look at.
